Körözött – Soft Cheese Spread

- Hand mixer
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 oz butter (one stick) softened
- 6 oz feta cheese
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3-4 spring onions finely chopped
- 1 tsp caraway seed optional
Instructions
- Blend first six ingredients together with a hand mixer.
- Mix in chopped spring onions.
- Serve with sliced baguette, crackers, or vegetables.
