Look at this creative project!
I contacted Kathy last year after seeing her work and she graciously agreed to visit with me about this sweet dragonfly. It was a fun afternoon! Kathy is a creative person and we didn’t get into the nuts and bolts of the project, which is ok. She felt like there was enough information online about how to create this kind of project in general and, those who want a Hungarian theme can be inspired by Hungarian embroidery they have around the house!
If you take a closer look, you can see it is made out of ceiling fan blades and a table leg. Click here for related inspiration — I think there is a lot of potential for this kind of project utilizing Hungarian themes!
Thank you, Kathy, for taking an afternoon to visit with me about this project! I appreciate your time and talent! And thank you for the special treat of Hungarian strudel from Lydia’s Hungarian Strudel Shop in Parma Heights, Ohio! It was delicious!
